Dr Sabitha Yakkala completed her MBBS in India. She worked in the UK for 3 years in different specialties, including obtaining a DRCOG (Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists), before moving to Australia. Sabitha first  worked in Lismore and Gladstone, before moving to Cleveland with her family.

Special interests:  Fertility, Family Planning, Antenatal Care, Incontinence,  Women’s health, Adolescent Health Care, Mental Health, Diabetes, Iron Infusion and Ear Suction

Dr Naveen Thalluri graduated from the University of Health and Science A.P, India in 2001. On arriving in Australia, he  spent 3 years working at Gladstone hospital before moving into general practice in 2009 in a Gladstone . Naveen moved to Brisbane in 2015 and has been working in the Bayside area ever since. 

Naveen enjoys all aspects of general practice, but has a particular interest in Type 2 Diabetes, Men's Health, lron Infusion, Ear Suction and Skin Cancer Medicine.

Dr Maryna Olivier graduated at the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 1981 and has extensive experience working across of all aspects of general practice. She immigrated to Australia in 2011 with her family and spent time working and living in a rural community in South Australia. She moved to Queensland in 2016 and has been working within the Redlands for the past five years.

Maryna performs all aspects of general practice, including women’s health and contraception, Shared Obstetric care, vaccinations, skin checks and minor skin procedures; and she has a special interest in chronic disease e.g. Diabetes, Asthma and COPD, Cardiovascular, mental health plans and GP Management plans.

Dr Maria Adan-Bautista graduated from medical school in the Philippines, before relocating to Australia and undertaking specialist GP training. 

Maria is passionate about patient-centric care and believes in a holistic approach when working with her patients to improve their health and wellbeing. Whilst she loves all aspects of general medicine, Maria’s clinical interests include Women’s and Children’s Health, as well as Chronic Disease Management.  Maria is also able to provide a range of procedures including Iron infusions, Venesections, Implanon insertions/removals, Mirena removals, skin checks and minor excisions.

Maria also holds a Diploma in Child Health (University of Sydney) and Diploma in Paediatrics (Philippines).

Dr Jeremy Jones grew up in Cleveland.  He graduated from Flinders University, Adelaide in 2009.  From 2013-2021, he lived and worked in Central Australia.  He became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GPs in 2016. 

 With his family, he moved back to Cleveland in 2022.

Jeremy has broad professional interests. 

 He is an advocate of Fertility Awareness Methods to either achieve or postpone pregnancy.  He does not prescribe contraception or refer for IVF or termination of pregnancy

Dr John Parker completed his MBBS at the University in Queensland in the 1980’s and today brings 40 years of experience as a GP to Cleveland Medical.

He is highly knowledgeable in all areas of general medicine (and a trained rural generalist) and is passionate about providing optimal support for patients to improve their health and wellbeing. 

John has a keen clinical interest in chronic disease management, sports injuries, pain management and medication reviews.
