Dayaan Kara - Physio

With a passion for helping others achieve their physical goals, Dayaan Kara has been putting his skills as a physiotherapist to great use in the Redlands area for several years. Having graduated from Griffith University back in 2015 with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy - Dayaan has amassed a wealth of experience treating an incredibly diverse range of conditions since entering into his chosen profession.


Always seeking out new and innovative approaches to his work - Dayaan's interest in the effective and beneficial use of dry needling for certain musculoskeletal ailments has enabled him to provide his patients with an even more comprehensive level of care. Indeed, his ever-growing knowledge and expertise in this area have seen a great many people benefit from this particular treatment approach.


With a special interest in the realm of sports injuries and rehabilitation, Dayaan has devoted much of his professional career to helping local athletes of all skill levels and backgrounds overcome a wide range of limiting conditions. His dedication and commitment to his craft have seen him become a trusted and respected name within the local sports scene - with many continuing to return to him time and time again for his expert guidance and support. 


In all of his work, Dayaan remains committed to providing his patients with a personalized level of care and support that is tailored to their specific needs and objectives. With an unwavering belief in the power of physiotherapy to help those in pain, and his natural talent and drive for helping others, Dayaan Kara remains a true asset to the Redlands community.

Emma Newman - Dietitian

Emma is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a strong belief that good health starts from the inside out and that eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult. Emma is passionate about helping people develop life-long skills in nutrition by making simple and effective swaps that have the power to make a big difference! 


Emma has experience across a broad range of diet related conditions and has a strong interest in digestive health, IBS and the low FODMAP diet, women’s health and chronic disease management. 

Emma completed 6 years of university training in nutrition and dietetics in Brisbane at QUT and Griffith before becoming a Dietitian. Emma continues to keep her knowledge and skills up to date with the latest nutrition evidence, ensuring her clients have the ultimate confidence and reassurance in her services. 


In her spare time, Emma enjoys getting outdoors and hiking, going to local markets and spending time with her family and friends.
